On Course Nutrition
We are super excited to announce GU, Huma and Base Performance gel as the on-course nutrition!!
Half Marathon:
- Nutrition: GU (Chocolate, Strawberry Banana, and Salted Caramel), Huma Gels (Lemon, Berry, Chocolate and Apple) and Base Gels (varied flavors) at mile 9.
Marathon:
- Nutrition: GU (Chocolate, Strawberry Banana, and Salted Caramel), Huma Gels (Lemon, Berry, Chocolate and Apple) and Base Gels (varied flavors) at mile 9, 18 and 22.
- Salty snacks available at mile 13 and 24.
